What's Cooking Wednesday!!! - BBQ'd Potato Secrets

Last night we had steaks on the BBQ with baked potatoes and a salad. I, as usual, took care of the veggie part of dinner. My guy asked me to try brushing some oil on the potatoes and sprinkling them with salt and pepper before wrapping them in foil to go on the BBQ.

This made the skins sort of crisp and really tasty! I was pleasantly surprised by the results.

That's a great tip about the oil on the potatoes! I'm sure it would work in the oven too... the last time I tried to wrap them in foil they turned a bit soggy...
