What's Cooking Wednesday!!! - Honey Mustard Chicken

Honey Mustard Chicken

8 Chicken Thighs
4tbsp Whole Grain Mustard (I've used Dijon before)
4 tbsp Honey
Salt
Pepper

Preheat oven to 375.

Put the chicken thighs in a single layer in an oven safe dish.

Mix together the mustard and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Brush mixture all over the chicken thighs.

Cook for 25-30 minutes (or until cooked thoroughly), making sure to brush chicken with juices from the pan occasionally.

*** Note - Replace chicken thighs with 4 breasts if you would like to reduce the fat. Chicken thighs are yummy though, aren't they?

That does sound yummy. I'm trying to eat more honey as I know it's natural and good for us, compared to sugar.

I prefer white meat, but it's so much more expensive!
