A few months ago I was invited to play a game online. It's a game where you look at the word shown on the screen and then you have to pick the correction definition from list of four possible answers. Its highly addicting and pretty educational!
The best part is... every time you play you are earning rice to be donated by the United Nations World Food Program. It's at a site called Free Rice.
The rice is paid for by the sponsors who can advertise at the bottom of the screen where you are playing. For every word you get right, 20 grains of rice is contributed. It may not seem like a lot but if everyone just did it a little bit it would add up. Besides, there are a lot of time wasted on the internet, and this is time well spent for the people receiving a meal.
