*** GASP*** Could it Be?

Yesterday I nearly died in shock on the spot when my BF came in the room and blurted something out me. Something I have been dying to hear. You guessed it....

"So I don't think I want to do the whole ING Direct thing but I'm ready to do something with my money short term."

"What? Really? Ok, well you don't have to do ING Direct hunny. You can do lots of things on a short term basis."

"Yeah, I think I'm going to call my father."

Could it be? Like the heavens parting and angels singing it was beautiful folks. Have I finally inspired some thirst for taking care of his finances? Maybe it was all the happy dance jigs after a whopping payment?! I really don't know what it sparked it but its there, so I don't care, as long as its there!!

I wish my BF would think about his money. He makes great money right now because we live in this booming city and he has very little in expenses. I know it's his money and his choice, but I think about our future and when we retire, I don't plan on fully supporting him! Does that make me sound evil??

It's too bad he doesn't want to do ING though... but he might get there some day :-)

arual - no that does not make you evil, it makes you smart. Don't worry! It took my BF awhile to start thinking this way. His family has other ideas on how to prepare for the future so its hard to get him on track.

canadian saver - Yeah, I would love his referral money, lol.

saving diva - Yes, but then the money will be GOOD once he's done.
