For those of you with federal student loans you should have already gotten your interest forms for your taxes. Enclosed with them were notices regarding changes to your account number. If you haven't updated your online/telephone banking with the new account number you should take the time today before you forget and post a payment to the old one.
I posted an extra payment last week and called Friday to make sure that the payment posted correctly. It's always good to check up on these things since statements only come out quarterly. Better to find out now then later!
As for BC student loans... if you are still waiting for your interest forms from them don't feel stressed. I called earlier this week and they advised me they wouldn't be sent out until mid month. So it should be in the mail soon guys!
