Baggin It

I've been making a huge effort to always prepare a lunch at least a day ahead for work. Whether its leftovers or something I make just for lunch I find that if its done the day before thats what works best for me. Not only am I saving money but I'm also eating better. I also find I'm enjoying my breaks more. I dont have to wait in line at the food court and hope my food doesnt take too long as I only have a 30 min break. I get to spend more time relaxing in the staff room and feel more energized when I go back to the grind of the pharmacy. I really want to keep this up.
Whats your favorite brown bag lunch?

I like making the kinds of lunches that I had when I was in kindergarten. Celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins or cheese whiz. Cheese and crackers and sliced deli meats. Sandwiches cut into shapes (they have star wars sandwich cutters I want at Sonoma Williams!). I also believe in left overs.

sushi!

I make vegetarian sushi and/or california rolls the night before. I have little packages of soy sauce and chopsticks from take-out all the time, so I just add it to my lunch bag. I even have wasabi in the fridge if I wanted. Yummy and delicious.

Laura - Dollarama has some cool sandwich cutouts. One set is hearts and the other is dinosaurs. Super fun

AP - Thats a really good idea and I definitely have to do things the night before. I actually had sushi tonight :)
